A.K.A. The Ultimate Multi-Department Swiss Army Knife

DAILY MISSION: Jump headfirst into hands-on, real-world experience across multiple departments! You’ll gain valuable skills, contribute fresh ideas, and get a taste of the hustle and bustle that makes our organization tick. Expect to leave with a resume that turns heads and stories that make your future coworkers jealous.

WHO ARE YOU?
Bright-eyed, eager, and ready to take on the world—armed with curiosity and a can-do attitude! You’re the kind of person who isn’t afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and bring a fresh perspective to the table. You’re adaptable, quick on your feet, and have an uncanny ability to juggle multiple tasks while still keeping your cool. Whether you’re crunching numbers, brainstorming marketing strategies, or organizing inventory, you handle it all with enthusiasm and (at least attempted) grace.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an intern, you will be a valuable part of the team, rotating through different departments to experience a little bit of everything. Depending on your interests and our needs, your tasks may include:

  • Marketing & Communications: Crafting engaging content, helping with social media strategy, and supporting event planning. Bonus points if you have meme expertise.
  • Accounting & Finance: Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, data entry, and generally making sense of numbers that might look like hieroglyphics at first.
  • Operations & Logistics: Keeping things running smoothly, tracking inventory, and ensuring that nothing gets lost in the shuffle (literally or figuratively).
  • Customer Service & Sales: Interacting with clients, learning the art of persuasion, and maybe even closing a deal or two.
  • IT & Tech Support: Helping troubleshoot tech issues, supporting software rollouts, and making sure we all look like we know what we’re doing.

By the end of your internship, you’ll have real-world experience, stronger professional skills, and possibly a mild caffeine addiction.

REQUIRED SUPERPOWERS:

  • A positive attitude that shines brighter than our office lights.
  • Ability to pivot, adapt, and embrace the unknown with enthusiasm.
  • Solid communication skills—both written and verbal. Bonus if you can translate “boss speak” into something everyone understands.
  • A knack for teamwork but also the ability to work independently without needing a GPS to find your way.
  • General tech savviness—if you can find your way around Excel without wanting to cry, that’s a plus!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Real, hands-on experience that actually looks good on your resume.
  • Exposure to different career paths so you can find what sparks your passion.
  • A supportive team that values your input and fresh ideas.
  • A behind-the-scenes look at how a dynamic organization operates.
  • And yes, possibly some free coffee (or tea, we’re inclusive like that).

Come ready to learn, contribute, and make your mark—we can’t wait to have you on board!
